For example, if I find myself picking up my phone and I go to meditate afterwards... I have essentially quit drinking alcohol. I haven't had a drink at all in the last four months and only have a handful of glasses of wine a year. Last night I had one glass of wine with friends and regretted it all night because I have to go to work this morning with very little sleep. It's shocking just how much one glass of wine messed me up and did not allow my body to sleep and rest.

Im sorry that this sounds off and cruel in a way but its my opinion.
